Hydraulic Interface ValvesSigma Valves has an extensive line of Relief Valve for Pneumatic and Hydraulic applications. Our Relief Valves are available in a variety of port sizes, port configurations, working pressures and temperature. As with all Sigma products, the construction is 316SS for durability and long-term dependability. Sigma’s Relief Valves are designed to provide protection from overpressure due to thermal expansion and other anomalies that create potential overpressure risks.

Hydraulic relief valves are available in two versions, 24RV Full Size System relief type and 24SRV Right Angle MNPT Thermal Expansion type. Pneumatic Relief Valves are basically 1/2”MNPT type for actuator protection.

  • Ambient to Arctic (-55 F)

    • Pressures:
  • Pneumatic: 150 psi to 300 PSI
  • Hydraulic: 1,000 psi to 10,000 psi
